Why Can't I Get to Some Areas on the Site?

How Do I Open the Downloadable Tools?
Most of the downloadable, ready-to-use tools on the Trade Secrets site are in Portable Document Format (pdf). To download these files, right click (or hold down your Apple mouse-button) and select either the Save Target As... (Internet Explorer) or Save Link As... (Netscape) option. Then specify a location on your computer where you'd like this file to be saved. Once it has been downloaded, use an Adobe Acrobat viewer application to view and print these files.
If you don't already have an Adobe Acrobat viewer, a free download is available from Adobe at www.adobe.com.
